Incredible Psychiatrist. Definitely knows how to help you if you are looking for help with ADHD. I always feel so much better after our sessions.

Kate is very patient, upbeat and caring. She knows when to take charge and when to let the client talk. She is always open to discussing options after the client time between the appointments. Her smile, punctuality and ability to learn and listen with great advice is always there, but she will take charge and will say no when needed. Also ordering new prescriptions, refills and dosages are as fast as they can be. I love longer appointments, better results and communication with the client for sure.

I absolutely love getting care from Kate. She helps me celebrate the victories, big and small, and helps me recognize my own growth and successes. She also gives me grace when I falter and helps me recenter and set goals. I appreciate how thorough her treatment is, and have been recognizing patterns and connections between my mental and physical health that are helping me move towards a healthier me inside and out. As an adult woman diagnosed with ASD/ADHD/CPTSD/PTSD/etc and struggling to be treated by my prior provider, I can’t say enough about how wonderful Renee has been. Above all, she’s heard me and has worked with me to figure out what works *for me*. My med protocol has needed various adjustments as I work through various aspects of autism burnout and instead of being frustrated or judgmental, she’s been on my team through the whole journey. She’s been the first person on my 20+ year mental health journey that listens to me in a way that allows me to be okay with not always knowing the answer; I struggle with not being “right” and coupled with trauma/dissociation tendencies- there’s a lot of conflict trying to figure out and then articulate what I feel. Renee has been supportive, kind without patronizing, and has granted me the space to figure me out. Her recommendations for supplements have also drastically changed my quality of life. Basically- if you feel like you haven’t been heard or your experience honored with other providers, you’re not alone but after working with multiple med experts over the course of my life, I finally feel like I’ve got a mental health guide that’s on my team. She is compassionate, supportive, and makes sure I get what I need even when there are issues with a pharmacy or my insurance. I cannot recommend her enough!

I have had such a good experience with Lamara Ford. I came in as a ball of anxiety and she was able to slow me down and figure out how to tease out what was going on with me and create a plan to deal with it all. One of the most helpful things provided was gene testing for what medication would work best for me. It has been amazing how much my anxiety has been treated. I had a good feeling about Lamara from day one. She has been so supportive, a great listener, educated, non-judgmental, and patient with me.

Danielle was very patient, understanding and kind. Her questions gave greater focus. I felt heard and not rushed. She even went a little overtime. She followed up later that day with further details and information. with Gratitude!

She explains what going on and why. She is conservative with medication based on your comfort zone and gives you time to consider her suggestions. But also based on what best for client wants you to feel better and suggests trying g different things. Exceptional psychiatrist. Would give her 10 stars if I could. So hard to find people who “get you” and aren’t rote in responses. She has made a difference. She is different. Have had another from Peak Interactive Wellness for my daughter and they have been great for her too. We have also had many we did not connect with and who didn’t seem to truly listen, get it, care, had therapy styles that didn’t foster change so highly recommend.
